I like the Michelle Dozois as mentioned above.
The band stretch from Cathe's Stretch DVD. Amy Bento's stretches from her Abs & Stretch DVD. Basically any Suzanne Bowen - her stretches are so good. Her Release on the Barre Amped Strengthen and Stretch DVD is fabulous.

I second Lanette’s opinion. Stretching on the water is my all time favorite. The stretches at the end of super callanetics are also great but may not be good for someone with knee or back issues. Debbie Siebers slim series express cool it off is very good as well.
