Question Turbo Jam Fat Blaster bonus on CLX- like Turbo Fire intensity level?

I did the bonus Turbo Jam Fat Blaster on Chalean Extreme this morning & really enjoyed it (but thought there was too much Tai Chi stretching at the end). It had 4 Turbos (HIIT). How does the intensity compare with Turbo Fire?

I agree with Patrice that it is much less intense than the TurboFire HIIT workouts. The pace of the TF workouts are also much faster than TJ Fat Blaster

Fat Burner has longer and less intense interval segments along with longer rests. It has a bigger variety of moves and has some slight variation in intensity during the turbos. So it probably is a good compliment to interval workouts. It is also a longer workout.

The TurboFire Hiits that come with the set are pretty short overall and more similar to other Hiit type workouts, work for x seconds, rest for x seconds, repeat.

To keep up the intensity of Fat Burner to the level of other Tabata and Hiit workouts, you may need to substitute a harder move here and there. The Turbo Fires have some of the best music I've ever heard in workouts- as long as you like hip hop and rap music.

I like fat burner for days when i want a short workout that can be challenging or want a shorter workout that doesn't take too many brains, then I don't go all out on the turbos.
