I would also like to read reviews. But I'll probably bite anyway because the price is low. I also like Bob's other DVDs. Thanks for mentioning the sale.

Just a quick note on them...I only have the cardio, core & strength ones. There are 4 workouts per DVD (about 20 min each, aptly named WOD #1, WOD #2, etc. and they are in the CrossFit AMRAP style with a lot of CrossFit moves.

So, if you like that style of workout you may like them.

They do have very short workouts but that's what I'm into these days. I find them pretty tough but I'm not that fit anymore. These are the only ones of his I do now because the older ones are too long and taxing for me these days.

Most of the exercises are body weight although there are a few moves that use light dumbbells.
