For the spartacus workouts, do they have them all one package or do you have to buy the 2 or 3 different spartacus workouts so you have them all? When I went to the rodale link that is posted I only found them separate.

Thanks

Rhonda, they are separate but I will tell you that you can find 3 Spartacus workouts on youtube. I've had the dvds since release, but found these on Youtube so maybe you could try them out?

Look under "Spartacus Workouts" There should be 3 you can use. I can't post the links here because I don't want to violate VF rules.

Bodyweight Revolution
Total Body Blitz
Ab Attack

**I just checked and these 3 are there. I can't find the others, but it will give you a taste of Spartacus. I really like the ones I found on Youtube.

When I bought them they came together. That has been a while ago, though.

I'm sure that you can call Rodale and ask if there's a package deal?

When I bought them, I purchased the basic 2 dvd set and then the others were offered at the end of the transaction as add ons.

MH60 Phase 2: Crush & Burn Complexes

I just finished Crush & Burn Complexes workout! It's in the MH60 Transformation Workout Series. It's the 1st workout in Phase 2.

It's 5 basic moves done in 2 set patterns.

This is a crazy workout. It's not the the moves are hard (I did a complete breakdown earlier in this thread) but that they are moves if you don't do right, you can get hurt. Don't let that scare you away....Here's what I did.

I used 8 lb dumbbells for the warmup:
*single rdl
*single row
*single high pull
*single push press
*single front squat

Then during the work period I used 10 lb dumbbells. If you choose to do any heavier, I'd slow down the move.

There is a section where you do the moves with 2 dumbbells for a (5-5-5-5-5) rep scheme.

Don't feel that you have to keep up with them. Everyone is going at their own pace.

After the warmup, I'm like "This is Phase 2?" When I started the work period I was like "Yep, it's worktime."

When the 2 minute cardio finisher started, I was dripping sweat and the wipe-off tshirt wasn't helping.
