Talking Who remembers LaReine Chabut from the old Firm ?

I come across this :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSmNA9eRYU0

I think she was on #5, she and Jayne Poteet ( #6 ) were my favorite.

I remember her very well. I did all these workouts for so long that I can still hear the music in my head whenever I see any of these instructors.

She's written a few "For Dummies" books, too - weight training, stretching, etc. Amazon has them.

Absolutely I remember her! I loved those Classic Firms. I almost wonder if I wasn't better off back when I only had five workouts to rotate through.... is that VF heresy?!

I loved that workout. In fact, I have decided to go old school and rotate the classic firms through BBS4. Total body work outs 3 to 4 times a week. I feel so much stress trying to work out daily. I was in the best shape with I rotated the firm 3 or 4 times per week.

Mainly lower...it's called "Abs, Hips and Thighs."

No I agree and I have been tempted but can't commit. Both my body and my bank account were in better shape then.
