Karla- I hope your back feels better soon!

Today I did KCM's Start Here- the entire workout. I'm trying to decide if I should suggest this workout to a friend who is active with walking and biking, but doesn't lift weights. Hmmm....still undecided.

Jessica Smith Walk Strong Abs 360. This one was so perfect for my morning; Jessica does great standing abs work and this is no exception - a little light cardio, great abs work, and not too long.
