I find Ice has more intensity especially with cardio. And the blasts really kick it up a notch. Lite used more weights in many of the workouts which can be adjusted to your level. I like both because I feel get a nice mix of cardio and weights. I’m usually not at Cathe's level for upper body weight workouts, but with both of these I can keep up and often lift a little heavier.
