Lynn, I hope your knees are feeling better.
Keeping Diana and Cheryl (1) in thought for safety from the storm. Cheryl (2), you keep finding interesting workouts! Check-in: Pure Barre 16th Street 1 DVD. Too lazy today to get to the studio. 9 pushups.

Hi Everyone!
We are still getting some wind gusts but we are fine. Never lost power, just flickers. What a Blessing and a huge Praise! Have a Blessed evening!

I hope Diana and Cheryl are safe and continue to have power. We were hoping for 3 days of rain from the storm but we probably won't get anything at all.
I have 5 more PT sessions for the strained muscles. My legs look great from using heavy weights. I had to take rest breaks when dancing Saturday night. My muscles weren't sore but they tired out very easily. I wish I could continue using heavy weights but I'd have to join a gym to use the machines. Now it's time to stop ignoring my upper body and get to work. Leaning towards Cathe and Gilad but doing set after set makes me crazy. I'll catch up later. Someone is blowing up my phone with texts.

I think I’m finding exercise not bad. I can actually stay awake all day and feel good.
I like finding things. I don’t know why. I try to say so I won’t get board. I’m going to do some program today, just haven’t gotten to it yet. 🤗🤗🤗

Rest day today. It turned out to be a beautiful, sunny day with gentle winds in the morning. The storm veered away and that helped so many people stay safe. Thankful for that.
Linda, that's why I often do Fitness Blender for strength. There are so many workouts with no repeated moves (they use other moves to target the same muscle group). Or at most they repeat only once and then move on. Also I like to lift heavier for a limited amount of time rather than billions of reps with lighter weights. Everything moves faster, and I see better results too. I can just play whatever music I want (or nothing, which is fine because it's calming). Diana, hope you didn't get too much of a mess! Thankful that you all are safe.
