I am just popping in to suggest a wonderful recipe blog that includes pie recipes. I made this one yesterday:

I said I wasn’t but I did. 25 minutes on treadmill while memorizing scripture. Good use of time.

My feet were not feeling good today, even the toes were tired. Although I've never worn stilettos, I do keep Emily Splichal's Stiletto Recovery workout DVD, and did it today. More rehab than workout, but it was what I needed today.

mad hard or showed me how much I'm out of shape. When I watch people doing it, it seems doable. ha, not yet little purple ball not yet.
UGI my core is extremely weak. After 3 operations last year, I shouldn't be so hard on myself.

Checking in with Fitness Blender Upper Body Strength- Bored Easily series, and a mile outdoor walk. Still painting baseboards. It takes forever! Looks a lot better though.
