Today I walked a mile outdoors and did Jessica's Full Upper Body Workout. I chose Jessica because she uses lighter weights, nothing heavier than 10s. My wrist could handle it--yay! It's still hurt but much better.

Cheryl 2, congratulations on finishing your challenge!

Cynthia, are you doing 60 pushups on your toes? If so, that's fantastic!

Diana, is the costume event at your church?

Lynn, my knee has been bothering me a bit, but it hurts more going downstairs than up. Thinking of doing more of the knee strengthening exercises Debbie Seibers puts into her Shape It Up workout.

Waves to Linda and Tracy!

Cheryl

Glad your wrist is feeling better - just don't push it.

On the 30th day of the challenge I'll do 60 pushups. They don't have to be done all at once without a break. I am doing them on my toes. I cycle 4 varieties, one each day, from easiest to hardest: decline, incline, regular/boy, hands close for triceps killing. I had been doing the triceps ones on my knees but the last time I did them I realized I was on my toes & I'm not going back.

Today I counted the pushups in the Pure Barre warmup: 20. This is not including all the various planks, nor the one-arm pushups at the barre during abwork! (This full-body workout for a warmup is what led to their T-shirt brag "My warmup is your workout.") So I did 11 regular pushups when I got home, and that's for today's 31.

Check-in: studio class at Pure Barre; 31 pushups (20 in studio + 11 at home).

Hi Everyone!

Today I decided on TJ Cardio Party Mix 2. When I logged it in my calendar I realized that it was a weights day. Well, at least I did something, LOL.

Seabliss Yes, it's an Old Fashioned day.

Check-In: TJ Cardio Party Mix 2

Have a Blessed evening!

I can't seem to get the hang of that double quote so you don't have to write to each person. I don't find that easy at all. really aggravating.

Hi Everyone!

Seabliss How is your DH doing? Are you still juicing. I recently read about juicing celery to help with psoriasis. Did you try that?

Tytbody How is Ziggy doing?

No workout to report. I had someone in my office during my normal workout time.

Have a Blessed evening!

barre 3 10 minutes and Lauren Baby bells. Knees better!

Cheryl 2, I don't think I can manage any more check ins.

Cynthia, what really counts is your strength. I think a lot of what looks like flab is actually connective tissue losing elasticity. So don't worry about it.
