I lived on the coast in Oregon for awhile - the temps were pretty mild there year round. ( Of course, I’ve spent most my life in extreme temps - Wisconsin and Las Vegas. &#128513

I did some reading a couple years ago about possible Latin American retirement destinations. Costa Rica's Central Valley, and parts of Ecuador, claim that you don't need a/c or heat and I think those claims are probably true. (I never visited those places, though.)

Much of Hawaii can also qualify, depending on how sensitive you are to heat, I suppose. Most places rarely get above 90, I think. I spent three weeks on Maui (Huelo area, in the jungle) doing yoga teacher training and staying in a cottage with no A/C; I was only rarely too warm. And ocean breezes make everything better!

Obligatory on-topic: I'm still loving Gilad but I'm realizing I like his Total Body Sculpt DVDs the best of all the ones I've tried. I only have three of those, one with short episodes (22 minutes) and two TBS "Plus" with longer episodes (45 minutes), so I'm thinking I will get more at Mary's sale.

Laura, thanks for the Gilad info - I’ve started using his workouts and was thinking about getting some at the sale.

(I think I’d need a sugar daddy to afford living in Hawaii.)

Gams, check out Gilad's website. He currently has 35% off on his DVDs with code BTS19 https://bodiesinmotionwithgilad.com

I had 3 Gilad DVDs on my wishlist at Mary's, but I just purchased what I wanted directly from Gilad. I figured that even though I had to pay for shipping since purchase was under $40, with his 35% discount, I still probably paid the same or less than what I would have paid at Mary's during her sale (including 10off) - and I don't have to wait 2 weeks for sale to start. I'm impatient like that!

I'm on a Gilad kick now once again.....

I think I'll wait for Mary's sale ... it comes out about the same; I want to support Mary and can wait.

Since I started mentioning my current LIIFT4/Gilad rotation around here, I've noticed lots of other folks are still/again doing Gilad too! Maybe there should be a perennial Gilad check-in.

I understand about wanting to support Mary and I've done that a lot over the years. I just want these DVDs right now to work them into my current rotation. Total cost, as I've mentioned, comes out very close between Mary and Gilad - at least for my choice of DVDs. I want to spread the wealth and sometimes I want to support the instructor as much (maybe more) than I support the distributor of their videos.
