Good thing, since you live in Chicago!

I can't think of any DVDs that I want right now. I've passed on Mary's last few sales, but there's still time...

Question: If you shop her website before the sale and leave DVDs in your basket will they automatically convert to sale prices once the sale begins? I almost never order because I’m too lazy to comb through the long sale list.

You can do that or put them on your wish list. I do both. They will convert to sale prices.

Indeed! Back in January we had couple of -30F degree days and I felt invigorated and happy! Hot and humid weather makes me achey and cranky.

I also passed her last couple of sales, but I found 3 DVDs I want and they're on my wish list. Hopefully they'll still be in stock and on sale in couple of weeks.

.
Dana, we're two peas in a pod! I'm right where I belong, in MN! My dogs and I are ready for some crisp cool sweatshirt weather (well, okay, sweatshirt for me, less panting for them )!

I totally agree - I hate the heat! Even with air conditioning in the house my body still knows that it is hot and sometimes humid. My body aches on humid days.

I also hate the high electric bills. I'm counting the days to fall!

No ambition on these hot days!

It’s not a reason why I moved to 9,000 feet in the mountains ( I love being in nature!) but definitely it’s a plus that it is only in the 70s-low 80s and low humidity in the summers. Winters can be challenging though.

is there a place to live where you don't need air-airconditioning or heat?

I hate the heat too! It's going to be over 100 degrees for the next few days. I have to walk the dog at dawn to avoid it. 6 more weeks to fall!!!

I wish! I would love to live somewhere you could keep the windows open more often. The fresh air is so nice.
