I remember my mom working out with Jack LaLanne in the 60s.

(Vol. 1 says it's blu-ray and Vol. 2 says DVD. I guess they'll sort that out by release time.

My mom worked out him too!

Seeing the dogs, remember when folks had white German Shepards and now I rarely see white German Shepards.

When I was little my babysitter used to workout with Jack, but if I remember correctly, she had sort of an energy conservation attitude toward exercise.

How cool!! I definitely remember him and even did some of his workouts WAY back when. I wonder if these will be on Netflix or someplace like that.

Love Jack!

They were selling his DVD videos at an IDEA convention several years ago, shortly after he passed away. I picked up Vol.3 and Vol.7. I haven't done them yet.
