Hi Lannette, I had to look up the Magnificent Seven. All seven kriya are represented in the DVD, split up between Yoga Set 1 and Yoga Set 2. There are other kriya and rests sprinkled between though, and you can't separate them out for a Magnificent Seven only workout.
