For those of you who signed up, is anyone getting anything out of this? I got the one free workout with my confirmation email, and then I got the Week 1 materials for goal and intention setting. I guess I thought there would be short daily workouts? I may unsubscribe if the next email brings nothing interesting (today's didn't).

They’ve been sending the emails very early Sunday mornings for the following week. Within the weekly guides are the workouts and you can click right on them to take you to the week’s workout page.
