I took a closer look at the rotation and have decided to only follow Jessica's strength workouts which looks like she does every other day or 3 times per week. I'm not a fan of her barre/ballet/yoga so I will sub with my other yoga/stretch workouts and will add more cardio.

Please join us at Jessica Smith & Friends - we are a small group and do a variety of workouts - truth be told, I haven't done much with Jessica in months - but I think I may give this challenge a go - I have a busy May and June but this looks fairly do-able....and I do need to up my strength training game.

I think I will also challenge myself to get my steps in every day - which has been a bit of a struggle - got out of the habit. I'm going to start with a daily goal of 7K and add 500 per week.....

Thanks, Donna! I will definitely be joining the check-in on Monday. Just upgraded my Fitbit and want to start increasing daily steps as well.

For the first time I actually read through this rotation and am struck that there are only 3 "workouts" each week, 2 days off and 2 stretch/flexibility days. Is that typical of Jessica rotations? It's in such stark contrast to rotations posted by other instructors where you work hard for 5 or 6 days and maybe get 1 stretch day and 1 day off. I almost feel like Jessica's schedule would not be effective but I am also always telling myself to do more stretch days and fewer hard workout days.
