The intervals were surprisingly brisk and left me sweaty but refreshed. The strength training was not exhaustive by any means and was made of combination moves, but I'd hurt my upper back recently and many of the moves felt postural to me so this felt great (using 5lb dumbbells). A winner for sure even though I'm not a fan of the fake set. (I was able to overlook it though. )
