My husband made backup copies of P90X. I don't know why he did this, as we never do the workouts.... ever. Sometimes he's a mystery to me.

Apart from that, I'm pretty sure I don't have any duplicates.

I have 2 copies of Mel B's Totally Fit workout. One is the Deluxe version with the bonus chest/back and abs segments.

I also have the Cardio Coach workouts on CD, saved to a flash drive, a portable hard drive, and downloaded to iTunes.

I kept all of my Firms on VHS, even though I have them all on DVD now. Confession: I have THREE copies of Firm Strength (two GT, one FF), and FOUR copies of Firm Volume 1 (Three VHS, one FF DVD). Speaking of Firm Strength, before I upgraded to DVD I had three copies of it on VHS (including the original Variety cover).

Two copies of Becky Chamberlain's Kicked Up Step (aka the one with the tinfoil suit). One copy doesn't play well, but I was able to transfer the other copy to a DVD. I guard that tape carefully with my life because I love the workout so much.

Two copies of Tracy Effinger's Squeeze Stronger (reason: OOP)

I have Cathe's MIS, Rhythmic Step, Step Fit, and Power Max on VHS even though I have them on DVD now.

I have some Kathy Smith workouts on DVD, but kept the VHS tapes (including the Tone Up rubberband workout that never made it to DVD).

Something is seriously wrong with me.

This has happened to me too a few times.

Once the good folks at Essentrics/CS sent me two copies because something went wrong with their record keeping and they wanted to make certain I got the dvd I'd paid for even if that meant they sent it twice.

I have two copies of Minna Lessig's One Minute Workout DVD. It seemed like the one I had was starting to fail (freezing all the time) so I bought another one, and naturally then the first one started working fine.

JNL Fusion - somehow ended up with 2 sets

plus I have some Cathe's in VHS that I kept when I got another DVD copy at Thrift Stores for a price I couldn't pass up.

I have two copies of Leslie Sansone's Ultimate 5 Day Walk plan. The reason is so I can do it at work as well as home.

I have backup dvds of almost all of my Firm workouts, because they are becoming OOP and harder to find on ebay or Amazon. And I have almost all of the Firm workouts, so the backup dvds # quite a few!
