I sometimes rotate 'Lastics, Advanced Lastics, P90x Stretch and Debbie Seiber's old Slim Series Cool It Off workout for a self-styled stretch program. I've tried lots of athletic stretch workouts. Those are the best, IMO.

I know you don't want yoga, but thought I'd mention this: I don't like most yoga because I don't like flow and numerous sun salutations, yet I love yin yoga and Bikram/hot yoga because they hold the stretches and don't involve any of those offenses. Something to consider .... Ana Forrest, Erich Schiffman and Tony Sanchez, too ....

I love AM/PM stretch with Madeline Lewis, Gaiam. two half hour stretches -morning stretch and deep evening stretches. but when you do them together it is heavenly. beautiful shot outdoors in Canadian mountains
also foam rolling stretch- the flexible warrior one- could become your favorite stretch. very thorough and worth the time.

Karen Voight's new ones are also spilt but can be combined for an amazing hour long workout.

Definitely Lastics. It's a phenom for deep, dancer-likes stretches.

Loving both Lastics DVDs too! I include them in a rotation of CS/Essentrics and Jill Miller's Hip Helpers. Definitely helping my hip/leg tightness. I think I am one of the few people that yoga didn't help with flexibility.

I love the old Karen Voight Pure and Simple Stretch, it's very thorough and precise. Also the stretching segment on the Jane Fonda PTS aerobic workout is a favourite.

It seems like nowadays many of the non-yoga stretch programs include yoga-inspired stretches. I'm looking for a good non-yoga stretch program too without any yoga-inspired movements. I think I have a better chance of finding one that's older (before yoga became so trendy). Except those older programs are often only available on VHS.

My favorites are:

Slim & Limber
Cool It Off (very long at 57 minutes)
KV Pure & Simple Stretch
Tamilee Webb Total Body Stretch for Beginners
Cathe Total Body Stretch (she has 2 , but can't remember the name of the other one)
A.M Stretch with Madeleine Lewis
Deep Stretch with Mimi Solaire (very yoga like though but still a good one)
