Seasun is an absolutely lovely, sweet person (I've met her several times), but I gave up on trying to learn her workouts long ago -- and I'm pretty good at learning choreography.

I love Stepping Up! It's one of my favorite workouts! I learned it a combo at a time and love it. I heard one of the songs on the radio yesterday and got this incredible urge to do step.

Well worth the effort and the dvd definitely has "staying power on my shelf" as she says.

I had this on my wish list a long time ago and a lovely VF'er gifted it to me, and I still haven't taken the time to learn it. Might do that this week.
