Just adding a few quick thoughts to this thread...
Some of the moves are similar to those in Bernadette Giorgi's
Pilates Power Ball Sculpt, but I found the small inflatable ball much easier to hold between my feet than the 1kg Spalding Pilates ball I use for Bernadette's DVD - particularly the rollover where I sometimes drop my Pilates ball on my head!
On the other hand, I find the inflatable ball which came in the kit difficult to hold in one hand for exercises like "the saw" (which is also in
Pilates Power Ball Sculpt) so I switch to my smaller weighted ball for those.
Which does go to show that you really need a large collection of balls...
Also, the inflatable ball which came with the kit was easy to inflate with the pump which came with my stability ball.
