Kathy Smith's Power Walk for Weight Loss has a 10 minute standing abs routine, it uses light dumbbells, and has cero crunches. HTH
ETA: Also, her Ultimate Sculpt DVD has a 10 minute core conditioning segment, I have done it once and I enjoyed it a lot, it is crunche-free, it is a floor routine, and I liked that it worked the back and obliques as well, so many abs routines only works the front unfortunately.
