Maybe. It would be more like a bad few weeks. It really felt like slap in the face at first. But then I realized I might not know what the unspoken VF code is, which is why I stopped requesting STW. I've benefited from so much VF generosity that I can't feel bad about it. In particular, two people have offered me copies of the old Powerstrike workouts, when I posted on this thread. That kind of generosity is what I think of when I think of VF, which makes me so humble and grateful.
