Jennifer Kries Hot Body Cool Mind - Does anyone have the navigation guide

Hi all,
I got the 4 DVD pack of Hot Body Cool Mind, and the first thing it states is to "Refer to the Navigation Guide before beginning", but my set didn't come with one.
Does anyone have this guide? If so, are you willing to share the information that's in it? I have to admit it's a bit difficult to navigate these DVDs without any sort of guide...

I don't have an answer, but I'm glad you posted this because HBCM is on my watch list for ebay. I've done excel summaries of the chapters that people posted online (VF or amazon reviews). I was able to get chapter listings of all except the Level 2 disc. I even started a thread asking if anyone had that disc if they could post the chapter names. if you're interested in those, please PM me with your email address.

edited to add: this is the thread asking about the Level 2 disc chapters.

I don't own any of the discs - I've only borrowed Waking Energy from the library, and that's what sparked my interest in this set. but now, I'm only interested in 2 of the discs that are related to this series.

I tried doing a search on google for your question, including seeing whether anyone might have uploaded an image.
