Ha ha --- I was thinking the same thing. Watching Cathe's clips is bringing on flashbacks of sliding classes back in the mid-90's. Not a bad thing, though. I loved sliding! Was sorry to see it fall out of favor. Talk about a high-intensity, low impact workout! I bought an expensive slippery slide from Perform Beter in the 90's, during my running days, and seriously thought my heart was going to explode after just 2 minutes on that thing ... No cardio has come close to that effect -- not running, not spinning.
I'm not sure about gliding, though. Doesn't seem as much fun as sliding.
