I'm not sure what kind of exercise Classical Stretch is (don't have the program) but if it's designed to balance agonist and antagonist muscles by releasing tightness and waking atrophied muscles then weight training and running "can" counteract its' effects. I don't think Miranda is saying her method is the best just that it's most effective on its own. I understand this because I do Hanna Somatic exercise and it's is best done on its' own.
