Oh my.
 Those gyms need some trainers who can walk the floor and assist people who are going to harm themselves if they keep up the atrocious form.

Ok, thoughts aside on filming people in a gym, the guy in the yellow shirt on the treadmill DID need to be shared with the world, now THAT'S how you treadmill!
