Do you have Slim in 6? Slim & 6 pack isn't so bad.
I'll come back to edit if I think of any more.

I wonder if you're thinking of the original :08 Minute Abs which was only ever available on VHS.

I have a lot of ab workouts but dread them too. Perhaps from nostalgia, I reach for the Firm's 5 Day Abs, which has that delightful cheesy-dated factor as well as short routines (most around 6-7 minutes). I have it along with More 5 Day Abs.

ETA - I also like some Gilad routines, Slim Series 6min Abs, and Star Trainers Ab Blast with its 5 different 10min workouts.

All are on Youtube in their entirety, fwiw.

You mean this guy?

So many workouts mentioned in this thread are ones I had and didn't keep

I do have the FIRM abs workouts on VHS and work through them periodically - they are short and good - especially enjoy the More 5 Day Abs.

I have so many possibilities now I'm actually getting excited about doing them!

Tom Holland has a few short ab workouts on the Bowflex youtube channel. Always nice to workout with Tom.

Just chiming in to say, my fave ab workouts are on Cathe's ICE series. I don't care for the 2 ICE workouts I have but like the ab segments. I think they are fun, (if you can call ab work fun).

I never seem to dread JNL's Kiss My Abs workouts since they're so short. Yes, they have the up/down factor and I usually make it harder by inserting more plank work, but I love the using the band.

Also, Yoga30For30 Core and Ultimate Yoga Hard Core workouts are amazing! They're reasonably short around 10 min. but pack a punch (HC may be longer). Every so often, I like to do them to view my progress with core strength. If I have to take a break or can't keep up, then I know I need to include more core work!

.
I forgot about Firm 5 Day/More 5 Day Abs, those are great! And other Firm ab workouts, sometimes I stick in Hare or Tortoise just to do those abs
