Olala, I'm just curious, when you did Body Rock exclusively, how long did you work out for each time? Did you just string together their workouts to make a longer one? Thanks!

However, you say that the calendar suggests 5 days of workouts and 2 days off. Is that right? Are you supposed to repeat one of the 4 workouts twice in 1 week?
Her workouts make a fantastic finisher. This is how I do the majority of her workouts.

There are a lot of her purist who only do her workouts and it's plenty for them. So, it's definitely an individual thing.

She does have longer workouts, but it's earlier work and pretty hard to find on Youtube.

I've created a lot of longer Zuzana inspired circuits and have them posted her at VF. I know a few VFers do them and really like them a lot.

Leanne,

I just followed BodyRock site and every day did one posted new workout for 12-18 min (I think she has some longer but not over 30 min). I noticed I lost endurance and actually grow some cellulite from not doing enough low intensity cardio. When I started doing DVDs workouts again, I was shocked, how difficult for me to work out 45-60 minutes.

I needed longer cardio and end up buying Bellicon.

I received them today as well and did not pay for expedited shipping. I was very surprised to have received them so quickly.
Thanks Lapis for posting the details and breakdown of the first workout.

It looks like alot of high impact moves. I may just do some of the high impact moves and sub kettlebell swings for the others. I would rather do burpees than alot of jumping.
I will try to do one or more of these tonight.

Thanks so much for the response, Olala! I was curious about what people's results would be like if they just did these short workouts. Like you, I need more cardio and longer workouts to get results.

Can't wait to hear how you guys like these! You really can't beat the price. I was fiercely into HoCo over the summer and love my 30 min 101s. These might be a great tack-on for those. (I also need longer workouts/cardio.)

That's interesting. Thank you for mentioning this. I need longer low intensity cardio as well.
