I saw that too. I get his emails. I took a quick look and they are pretty expensive.

ETA: $20/each for now normally $25/each. I might try the Victorem ones bzar mentioned she purchased.

The real deal for Booty Burn...
www.thexbands.com

I got the set of 5 booty bands at a fitness convention. Strong, up to super high resistance and don’t roll out. I use the bands ALL the time for both LB and UB exercises.

before my bands came, i tried using an "O" shaped loop band while doing a Leslie walk. it was intense!

bzar, are you happy with the Victorem bands? I've been researching which bands to get and found this thread. (Thanks for all the laughs, btw! You had me cracking up!)

yes - very happy. i just used them the other day during squats. i've been using the medium resistance band and it's enough for me.

i just noticed your comment about strengthening your low back - - -i don't have BBOD, but regarding Autumn using the booty band - which workout(s) was that? i have her 21DF and H&C. was it one of those?

I use the Sling Shot Hip Circles. They come in a variety of strengths. The quality is excellent. I have had them for years with no problems and they do not roll.

Reviving this thread to see if anyone has tried the Bret Contreras bands. I want to get some good quality cloth bands and just wondering which ones to order and what resistance to start with? thanks!

After reading this thread, I ended up getting the Arena Strength bands a few months ago from Amazon. I'm loving these.
