Question about Slim in 6 and Slim Series workouts

Which workouts within these programs only use weights, no tubing/bands. TIA

All the Slim in 6 workouts use bands but there is a modifier doing the exercises with dumbells, so you could follow her. I don't know about Slim Series. Cardio Core Express (From Slim Series Express) uses only dumbells. It's a nice 30 minute workout!

IIRC, Tone it Up & Shape it Up use weights, no bands. Firm It Up is body weight only (optional ankle weights). Cool it off - no weights, no bands.

Burn It Up - bands only (old version, new one has db modifier)
Mix It Up - wts & bands
Tear It Up - wts & bands

I have the old Burn It Up and I think it uses bands. I am looking for some new weight workouts. I like Debbie Siebers, so I'm thinking I might look into these.

I really enjoy Slim Series and Jari. I started a thread not to long ago where I asked people what else I would like. You could get some other suggestions here.

I don't like using bands so I use weights for the workouts instead.

The Slim in 6 2010 version has all the workouts with a modifier using dumbells, Slim& six pack, Slim & Limber, plus bonus workouts Cardio Core Express and thin thighs guaranteed on it, both short workouts that don't use bands.

Not about bands/weights in the workouts, but those of you that have the new and old workouts, are they the same, just re-done with the addition of the modifier using dumbbells? I have Slim Series and Express, but not the originial Slim in 6. Would Slim in 6 be suitable for high intermediate/advanced?
TIA

Cassy I was following your original post.

I have more questions.

I forgot to add, that I don't like floorwork.

Does Cardio Core! Express or Cardio Sculpt! Express contain any floorwork?

Can you recommend one workout from Slim in 6 or Slim Series based on the fact:

I want a full body workout
I don't like floorwork
I need a modifier that uses weights
Also, please tell me if your recommendation is the newer version or older version. I am finding this all too confusing.

Maybe Slim Series Express is the best option.

Thoughts? TIA

I can only speak to Slim Series because I have not done the Express or SI6, but none of the Slim Series workouts match your criteria. SS has floorwork near the end of almost every workout (though it's easy to skip since the DVDs are well-chaptered). Tear It Up! doesn't use floorwork except for abs, but that workout uses bands, and there is not a modifier.
