Neghar Fonooni Lean and Lovely Progam
I was wondering if anyone has used Neghar's program and if there are any opinions on it? This looks like a solid program that incorporates both strength and metabolic work with kettlebells and I seriously would buy this in a heartbeat if it were on DVD, but I'm just not sure about the paper workout downloads.
Is there maybe an easy way to get all the materials printed and bound somewhere? These programs usually have hundreds of pages, and I like to have them in print for reference, not just in a pdf. I have bought this type of thing before, and end up not using them, it just seems inconvenient compared to popping in a dvd. This link is her blog which gives a good detailed description of the program: http://www.negharfonooni.com/2014/07...lovelypartone/ This link takes you to one of those super long and annoyingly wordy without getting to the point pages to sell the program for the DEEP DEEP DEEP discount of $47 http://leanandlovelyprogram.com/ |

She has a guest post on Molly Galbraith's blog today:
http://mollygalbraith.com/2014/07/ri...her-life-back/ I noticed she was also mentioned on the Jill Fit blog today and posted several sample kettlebell workouts: http://jillfit.com/2014/07/28/kettlebells/
