question about youtube piyo workouts?
Has anyone found quality piyo workout's, for free, on youtube? I have never done this before and wanted to try it. Thanks for your thoughts and suggestions, Pam.

The Beachbody set that Chalene leads is only available through a BB coach or their website. It's possible there are youtube piyo like workouts, though. These may have been posted by instructors who teach piyo (and you'd have to know who to look for, I'm guessing.)

Most of youtube video were removed when beach body started marketing the piyo dvd. I have a few good ones downloaded to my computer but I did find one that is still on youtube. I have one of her workouts downloaded. I'm currently downloading her 2nd one she put uploaded this summer.
