Rodney Yee Yoga DVD's - can someone help me?

Can someone help me with the list of Rodney Yee DVD's in the order of release date? It's so confusing on his site and Gaiam's site. There is no release date listed in the descriptions.

Start by looking under the review section and sort by year. That should be a good start.

It's difficult to do with any Gaiam release because they continually re-release old titles with new names. Savvy VF'ers will mention if a video is a re-release in the reviews.

Another reason why it would be so helpful if more people would copy review posts on the boards into the review section of this website.

Yee's "AM Yoga for Your Week" was released in 2008; as far as I know, it has been released only under that title. It has 5 workouts varying in length (22-25 minutes) and is a favorite of many on VF, myself included--I just used it today!

Yee had an earlier release, "AM Yoga," that was released in VHS, DVD, and even audio only (CD) form. This is a short (16 minutes), very gentle, all-lying practice with mostly breathwork and a few very basic floor stretches. It is sold on its on or also with the practice "PM Yoga," led by Patricia Walden (also an older routine, but nice).

I believe the newest ones are the ones with Colleen Saidman. The first one is a reissue with a couple of older routines thrown in. The second one is the original. But I'm pretty sure these are the same practices because they are bad about rereleasing them! It gets very confusing.

I didn't even realize that those titles were out there! It makes me wonder if these are the same practices as Yee's recent "Daily Yoga"...
