VFer exclusive Hamelin D'abell Method sale - "matics" series :)

For all Vfers wanting to try Hamelin's "matics" workouts, he generously agreed to offer this sale prices for all the series. I'm copying the email he sent me a few minutes ago:

Quite a few people have contacted us already reg. the Matics promotion. Here are the 'go ahead prices'

Thighmatics I £25.00
Thighmatics II £25.00
Thighmatics I and I £45.00
Absmatics £25.00
Armatics £20.00
Method Glutes/ aka Glutematics (not HD version) £20.00

To get the most out of the Matics workouts, do them several times per week.
We can run the promotion for the rest of this week.

If interested, email Nina: info@hamelindabellmethod.com

Enjoy!

These are still expensive but glad he's doing the special. If you just had to get one of the thighmatics which one would you get?

Gee... I'd say one... Thighmatics 2 has a seriously hard barre section - half the workout. If you like old-school Lotte Berk-inspired barre then that's the one for you.

1 is mostly floorwork, other than two moves done sitting under a bar or table. It alternates side lying moves and all-fours moves. Two is more advanced than one, IMO

Rebecca...Thanks so much...Yes I'm more interested in floor work than barre work so 1 seems more appropriate. What kind of floorwork does 2 have? Thanks!

After barre you do several side-lying moves. So it's very focused on the saddlebags and the inner thighs. He does like 30-40 reps of everything, burns like crazy
