Both are different. I'd say 1 targets the sides of the hips, the thutt area and the glutes a bit, but I feel it more in the bottom of my bum, right where the glutes meet the back of the leg, if it makes sense. 2 has a brutal barre section, that's half of the workout, and then you go to the floor and do moves that target the saddlebags, so 2 is more about the thighs (front, sides) and saddlebags. The barre part has a Callanetics feel to it, very old school Callan/Lotte, with Hamelin's own twist.

Method Glutes aka glutematics (not in the store, don't know why) is totally about the glutes, and it's wicked good.

I don't know... it probably has to do with the fact that the store is rather new. Before he would post about a release on FB - he always does pre-sales before releasing workouts, most recently with webisode 7 and the xpress series.

If you ask Nina she'll forward you a paypal invoice and voilá!
