Is anyone still doing this program? How are you liking it?

Are the workouts different from week to week?

any more details/results?

Thanks
Rhonda

I am still doing it, amongst other things. I really enjoy it as I feel worked, but not drained. I love alternating the strength with conditioning. No dread & a lot of fun.

I have increased my weights a bit & nice definition.

Rhonda, I did my first workout yesterday morning. It's a ladder workout. It starts with 6 reps and ends with 1 rep. There are 3 working exercises, and then a swing set for 10 reps. It was a nice short workout. I added a round from one of my own kettlebell circuits and felt worked when I was done.

This morning I'm doing the condiitioning workout.

I just got this program and am thinking about starting it. Just wondering if anyone is still doing this program? and if so what type of results have you seen?

Thanks
Rhonda

I'm still doing it, but definitely not consistent enough for results. I'm combining it with way too many other things... but I like it.

I'm finishing up the first month of this program -- love it! I've used her DVDs in the past, but am liking the paper workout even better. In the first month, I've seen strength gains and inch loss, so I'm a happy camper!

This looks like a good program. Is there a discount code for this?

I like the idea of this, but don't have double bells. Does she do a lot of double bell work? TIA!

Doubles are optional -- she gives options for both single and doubles. Many of us will use uneven weights for doubles when starting out (deadlift with say, 16 kg in one hand, 20kg in the other) and switch hands every set. This works just fine. That way, you can use singles if that is your preference, or you can use doubles if you like that (I prefer the doubles, so I ended up buying pairs of a couple of the weights). It is truly a very flexible program and there are always options given (i.e. you can do an ab wheel rollout, or plank taps if you don't have or want to use the ab wheel).

I so agree with everything in MamaBecca's post. I have also purchased additional kettlebells to do double bell work. While I do not have an ab wheel, I use my stability ball for the ab rollouts. I don't have the room for the rope exercises, to I just perform the recommended substitute movement. On the strength days, I do the reps in ascending then descending sequence. I am loving the design and flexiblity of this program.
