Cheryl thanks for the link! Looks like a solid workout.
Now I understand what you meant by box and pole :-) Do you have the same brand reformer she uses? Well, I feel sorry for some vidiot in California...I got her Cathe STS set today. The label on the box said my name and address was mine but the contents were all for someone else.  Anyway, I went on Cathe's site and emailed them. I'm not paying to return it to them. They can pay for that. But I wanted them to know if the customer said she never got it..then it's true and totally their mistake. The funny thing was DH thought I had gotten out of hand ordering something ...and I thought he had surprised me with something, lol.

Wednesday's workout was
Pilates Nest - Strengthen & Stretch Pilates Band Workout - 18 minutes I like this workout of Smriti's. The time just flies by. I signed up for Chris Freytag's streaming site - got a year for under $20. There are lots of calendar rotations, etc., for re-starters who are out of shape, like me! I will try to start that tonight. Linda - what a mess! I bet Cathe's team will send you a mailing label to return the DVDs (and that's quite a few). I've had that happen once with Amazon. Donna - good job! I love the Miracle Miles band. I wish she had reused it in the Walk15 set. I'm figuring I can belong for a year and do the workouts and then decide if I want to buy them. I'm sure she'll have another sale next year, and by then I may have moved on. On the other hand, that Fit Over 40 set looks good! Christine & Donna - another non-jumper here. My joints just don't like it. Cheryl - enjoy your new pilates "toys"! Cheri - hi! Dana - good job being the group vidiot enabler! Waves to everyone! Super busy at work these days. My long-suffering assistant finally quit me the week before Thanksgiving. Her last day is this week and we won't have anyone in place until after the first of the year. And January is my craziest month of the year, besides August... Oh well, there's no chance I'll be sitting around with nothing to do. Carol |

 Love this. quite challenging, but I guess it's all challenging for someone in their first week with the box. Full body love the abdominal work. Where i need it.

Walk Faithful Workouts: Movement Stretching I love that one. I'm glad I chose it today because I really needed the messages in the songs that played. I love when God does that! Cheryl, thanks for sharing your video links. Those reformer workouts looks good! I hadn't seen them on Youtube. That's so nice you were gifted the box and foam roller!
