Basic, for three reasons:
1. I doubt I'll have time to do all the workouts in the basic set because I have to fit them in with running.
2. Between the basic set and Shock Cardio (which I preordered) I'll be up to my eyeballs in insane cardio workouts.
3. My upper body gets enough exercise, thanks to STS, CLX, P90X, and the million other weight workouts I own.
