Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 question

Are you really supposed to do each level for 5-6 days in a row? Is it ok to be working the same muscle groups daily with weights? Thanks!

The workouts do not use heavy weights, it's lighter weights with more reps and its not an intense strength workout. I see no issue doing it 5 days a week if you wanted to. I sometimes do light weight workouts on days between my strength training more for cardio and endurance.

It's worth a try, but if your muscles start to feel overly fatigued, I'd back off. I think some people can tolerate more frequent muscle work than others.
