These look great! I tried posting something last night on Michelle's Facebook page, asking if these would also be included in the set that is coming out, but my post wasn't there this morning.

Leanne, I emailed Michelle asking exactly that and she responded saying that these workouts won’t be included in the basic 30 day challenge, but she will provide a rotation that includes them as optional workouts for the 30 day challenge.

I am so excited! I am going to preorder these DVDs first thing tomorrow
