Jiliian Michael's Killer series - anyone do all of it together?

Hi ladies! I am trying to do something new and Jillian's killer dvds looks promising. Has anyone ever done them all in a rotation? How? Result? Thoughts?

Thanks!

Woodie

Hi Woodie,
I have not tried a JM Killer rotation, but over the holidays, I was thinking about planning one. Here's what I'm likely to do:

1st week - Killer Body:
Core
Lower
Upper
Core
Lower
Upper
Rest / stretch /gentle yoga

2nd week - Abs, Buns & Thighs, Arms & Back:
Killer Abs Level 1
Cardio (JMBR Cardio, Body Shred Cardio, UFC Fit cardio, or KCM)
Killer Buns & Thighs Level 1
Cardio
Killer Arms & Back Level 1
Cardio
Rest / stretch /gentle yoga

3rd week - same as Week 1

4th week - Same as Week 2 but do the Killer Level 2s

5th week - same as Week 1

6th week - same as Week 2 but do the Killer Level 3s

Not terribly creative, but I tend to do better when I alternate circuit workouts and cardio or do HIIT/Total Body type routines. And maybe it's aggressive to do only one week of the Level 1 workouts. But I'm good at modifying.

6- Killer Abs L1
7- Rest.

Weeks 3 and 4:

1- Killer Buns & Thighs L2
2- Killer Arms & Back L2
3- Rest/Stretch or Cardio of choice
4- Killer Buns & Thighs L2
5- Killer Arms & Back L2
6- Killer Abs L2
7- Rest.

Weeks 5 and 6:

1- Killer Buns & Thighs L3
2- Killer Arms & Back L3
3- Rest/Stretch or Cardio of choice
4- Killer Buns & Thighs L3
5- Killer Arms & Back L3
6- Killer Abs L3
7- Rest.

Weeks 7 and 8:

1- Killer Body: Lower
2- Killer Body: Upper
3- Rest/Stretch or Cardio of choice
4- Killer Body: Lower
5- Killer Body: Upper
6- Killer Body: Core

I've been doing Killer Body and Killer Abs, cycling through the workouts with a rest on Sunday. I really enjoy the workouts and find them challenging.

My goals this year is to build cardio endurance and lose two dress sizes by losing fat and building some muscle. I can already feel and see changes in my body doing these DVDs.

Are these high impact workouts or just strength training? How long are the workouts. I am trying to find some shorter workouts to do in the evening so I can use my rebounder in the morning.

I would run through all the workouts at one level before repeating. So it would be something like this: lower, upper, core, buns +thighs, arms + back, abs. Don't think it matters how you do them, it would all work.

The workouts in Killer Body and Killer Abs are all around 35 minutes. There is cardio as well as strength, in four circuits. The cardio is high impact but there is always a low impact modifier.
