Beth, I don't have a specific rotation. I alternate Margaret's upper body and lower body work with whatever Barre3 I feel like doing on other days. Just being consistent and loosely rotating them like that is working though. I should add I try to power walk most days, too, and get in one to three low impact cardios weekly (usually elliptical at the gym or a 20 minute Kathy Smith).
