Thanks for the info. I've been eying this set, but due to a lack of doorways I would also have to do a ceiling anchor (not a big deal as I used heavy-duty hooks in my previous house for P90X band work). I'm a little concerned that since I'm in a basement the ceiling would be too low, but I'm also thinking that since it's made for a doorway (which would be lower than my ceiling), that the length wouldn't be a problem.

Anyway, I appreciate the photos showing that this is possible!

Hi there

For core/cardio I just got Jillian Michaels Shred with Kettlebells DVD. For muscle building I go to youtube, but I'm on the lookout for a good mass building kbell DVD. I'm open to suggestions.

I haven't tried it myself, but perhaps Mike Mahler's Kettlebell Solution for Size and Strength might interest you?

Thanks, based on the posts I've read here I'm actually torn between Mahler and Skogg. But since I blew my budget on rip:60 and a bunch of kettlebells I'm just winging it with youtube KB workouts for now, at least until I get the form down. Oh, and the GoFit KB's came with a primer DVD so I'm following that too.
