Sadly, I feel the same way. I am a huge Jessica fan, but I really dislike marching in place, so I think the cardio is out. I wish the clip showed more of a variety of moves. I'm much more interested in Cathe's new cardio, looks like a lot more fun.

I will get the strength one but that may be it.

Please everyone post reviews and impressions. I am open to changing my mind!

I just go the walking one. I like to have long walking workouts. I don't care for her yoga (as I like other people for that), and not big on her strength workouts (I don't like compound movements, they just don't feel good to me).

Her walking one looked good and I will have it tomorrow.

4 Mile Power Walk

Overall, I think fans of Jessica Smith walking will enjoy the new moves which appear in this new Power Walk.

I just did the warm up and first 2 miles.

There was a good variety of moves, old and new.
Pleasant scenery.
However, I am so used to the great music as well as the variety in moves on WalkingOnlineWorkouts that I just didn't feel like moving.
(Maybe it will click for me with my own music.)

I skipped the other new digital files because I am not a fan of yoga and prefer unique moves with light weights or bands.

In all honesty I just don't see myself doing a 70-minute walking video.
(Or a 70-minute anything video.)

My understanding is that the walking video is chaptered so that you start at the beginning, but can do just Mile 1, 2, 3, or 4, or some combination of them. Each mile is around 15 minutes.

I would never do a 70-minute walking (or anything) video either!

I did stepping strength today. It was more challenging than I thought it would be... But it was not dificult. I had fun the whole workout and enjoyed all the moves. I used 5 and 8 pounds. .. Got a bit of a burn. Each body part got worked, and got some light cardio in. Time went by quickly. Look forward to doing it again.

I ordered the strength DVD yesterday and Amazon is saying it'll be delivered Tuesday. I have Prime, so why is it taking almost a week? Did anyone else have that experience? If I had known that, I would have bought the digital download.
