Thanks everyone, now I know it’s not just me! My last Cathe Live workout had one armed burpees and I just didn’t get the point.

I modify by stepping back and jumping up. A LOT less scary that way but lets me think I'm still a bad a**.

i tried one arm burpees but they are hard and probably won't do again. Also jumping off and on the step (no matter how tall for me), I won't do. I see this all the time now in workouts and just don't understand.

I would rather be safe than sorry.

Speaking of things one armed, I did Cathe's High Step Training (my favorite of her High Step circuit workouts) and noticed she did one arm tricep dips (with one leg extended out to work the legs and core). I modify to regular dips, so I get an extra set of 16 dips in on both arms. Cedie and Jai demonstrate one arm overhead extensions (which are okay with me), but you only get 8 reps in as they do a 2-2 count.
