Speaking of things one armed, I did Cathe's High Step Training (my favorite of her High Step circuit workouts) and noticed she did one arm tricep dips (with one leg extended out to work the legs and core). I modify to regular dips, so I get an extra set of 16 dips in on both arms. Cedie and Jai demonstrate one arm overhead extensions (which are okay with me), but you only get 8 reps in as they do a 2-2 count.
