Thank you! I just downloaded the app on my phone and will downloaded on my iPad later on. I'm always looking for kickboxing/boxing inspired workouts for cardio and the ones here looks good.

Titles that grabbed my attention.

I am familiar with Vixen Workout which is based here in South FL.

Lets see if these workouts suits me once I preview them.

I believe their variety is pretty good.
Best of all, decent music!
there is some profanity in some of the dance but filtering is available.
