Cynthia, I've been following this thread and glad you explained what the halved balls were used for. I was wondering if it was for balance, but that seems too dangerous to do on a tennis ball!

Her studio is a bit less than 1 1/2 hours' drive from where I live. I would like to go to a class there, just once.
I found the half tennis ball workout in the bonuses and did it using my Yamana half ball but it was way too hard for my feet. I can see how the half tennis ball would be softer. Let us know if you go to one of her classes!

I am interested in these workouts. Which one would you recommend to try first and what equipment would I need? Thanks.

I have all three and like them all. I started with Aging Strong 2 because she had it on sale for $10 off (I think she does this frequently) so I've used that one the most. It has two 25-minute workouts. Part of workout 1 is a 10ish-minute Pilates abs section that uses a 9-inch inflatable ball and a band. I love that section a lot and have done it over and over as an add on. I also like the second workout but haven't gotten back to it. I also enjoyed the other two DVD's but haven't gotten back to them either. Sorry I'm not very informative on details but I recommend all three. I don't think it matters which is first. They all seem to have some similarities.

I am interested in them also but they are pretty expensive. I am seeing if they go on sale.

Yes, they are expensive! I had them on my wish list on Amazon forever and I don't think they ever went on sale there. Sign up for her newsletter on her website (sorry I don't have the link right now) and she has them on sale from time to time. I got two of them on sale from her at different times. I got the original one from that 75% off sale on a Pilates site. I think there's a link in the bargain section, down a bit on that page. They may be sold out by now though. Be patient is my advice.

P.S. I just went to the bargain section. The thread says Balanced Body 50% off but it eventually became 75% off. The Bonesmart DVD does look like it's sold out.

I just got an email from Teresa of Bonesmart and she has all three of her DVD's on sale for 25% off. The code is Strong25 on her website BonesmartPilates.com.

What do these workouts feature that regular Pilates workouts do not feature, that stimulates bone health? Curious.
