I can't get the DVDs delivered to u.k so I'm trying the youtube ones what does she say to do a day for example just one workout and nothing else ? Or does she say do extra cardio? I watched a video can't remember which number where she said you don't need to be in gym working out for hours and I thought is this all you have to do one workout nothing else

Sorry, I don't know the answer to this. Maybe someone else will chime in. You can also go to her website www.zuzkalight.com and read her blog. There may be more information there.

By the way, I did #50 today and it was longer and harder than I expected. I never did the second workout (#53 ) that I had planned. But, I did win my tennis match.

ZCut is the only cardio i have been doing for a while now.. i do a segment after weights and i am working out daily.. one day a week i am doing Buti and i do ZCut before. I love every workout with disk 2 workout #7 being my favorite... it is helping me keep up some level of cardio endurance while buildring muscle.. great balance!!

I have been using these as a finisher, after weight workout. Debbie S. gave me that fantastic idea.

It's a great way to add more cardio, since I can talk myself into doing 10 or 15 minutes of ZCUT.

ZWOW #50 is a tough workout. If you're using poundage that is challenging and you treat it as a time challenge workout, it is tough! It's one of my favorites. I even like to do this one when I'm down at my parents home.

These are really tough. I can do Breathless Body and other advance cardio, but boy these kick my butt. lol

I'm also been experiencing extreme hunger pangs since doing zcuts. Is anyone else?

Hunger isn't my problem, it's DOMS !!! : ) I get very hungry with most workouts. On days I don't workout, I am much less hungry. Zcut doesn't make it any better or worse for me.

She started filming ZCuts shortly after coming back from a hiatus from working out. She did gain a bit of weight during her hiatus.

She has been looking fantastic for awhile, but her looks have slimmed down quite a bit. Her lower body was always a bit heavier. Not anymore!
