Deb, you come up with the best stuff during vacations! You need to go away more often.

I'm impressed that Zuzana can do so much with those heavy kettlebells attached to her chest.

Sam, it's great to see you. It's been ages. I hope you're doing well.

You guys are welcome. Even though it's tough, I felt great afterwards. My son drove my car to work, so after eating a banana, I put Sadie on a leash and we walked into town to get my car. It's almost a two mile walk to where he works.

The workout below is what I came up with while I was on vacation. It's a combination of Cotter's kettlebell circuit workout and Zuzana's 500 rep workout. I'll post a link to Zuzana's 500 workout so you can see how the bodyweight exercises are performed. I really love her 500 workout. It's one of my all time favorite workouts. I did switch the exercise order in the 500 workout. I did the abs workouts towards the end of the workout, and I eliminated the kettlebell TGU

Kettlebell & 500 Rep Workout

1a-One Arm Kettlebell Swings-10 reps each side
1b-Prisoner Squats-50 reps
Around the Body Passes

2a-Kettlebell Cleans-10 reps each side
2b-Push Ups-50 reps
Around the Body Passes

3a-Kettlebell Presses-10 reps each side
3b-Backward/Forward Lunges-25 reps one side
Around the Body Passes

4a-Kettlebell Squats with kettlebell in rack position-10 reps each

side
4b-Reptile (plank knee to elbow)-50 reps switching legs
Around the Body Passes

5a-Kettlebell Snatches-10 reps each side
5b-Backward/Forward Lunges-25 reps next side
Around the Body Passes

6a-Kettlebell Overhead Squats-10 reps each side
6b-Split Push Ups-50 reps
Around the Body Passes

7a-Windmill arm behind back-10 reps each side
7b-Jump Forward and Two Jumps Back-50 reps
Around the Body Passes

8a-Kettlebell Tactical Lunges-10 reps each side
8b-Sit Ups-50 reps
Around the Body Passes

9a-Kettlebell One legged deadlifts-10 reps each side
9b-Turkish Get Up-50 reps
Around the Body Passes

10a-Kettlebell Windmills-10 reps each side
10b-Side V-Crunch-50 reps
Around the Body Passes

11a-Kettlbell Clean & Presses-10 reps each side
11b-Reversed Plank Knee Tucks
Around the Body Passes

Thanks for your combos. I like Zuzana's 500 rep wo but I always felt that it was incomplete. Now, it won't be.

I thought up some combos but it usually involves kbs and the TRX too. I love using those with pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, and other bodyweight exercises.

Debbie, Great workout! I did it this morning. Lots of fun.

It reminded me of a circuit I used to do awhile back. I used a book that had "compound" exercises - combined movements, say chest press with hip bridges. I used to alternate those with IMAX 2. It took about an hour and was lots of fun. I need to find that book.

Anita, I'm glad you liked it! Yes, find the book and let us know more info on it.

Wendy, the majority of Zuzana's workouts are short and intense. I like to do her interval style workouts after my strength workouts. This past week I focused on her newest lower body and abs workouts. She did 3 workouts for abs and lower body.

This is what I did this past week minus my cardio workouts:
Monday-P90X+ Upper Body-Zuzana's lower body workout #1
Tuesday-P90X Legs and Backless 1st half (kettlebell swings during back work) Zuzana's Abs workout #1
Wednesday-Cotter's kettlebell circuit
Thursday-P90X+ Upper Body-Zuzana's lower body workout #2
Friday-Leg & Backless 2nd half (kettlebell swings during back work)-Zuzana's abs workout #2
Saturday-Kettlebell 550 rep combo

BBL was a bust for me, at least to date. So I'll be doing her lower body/abs routines for awhile. I much prefer working my lower body the way Zuzana works it. I also got the Tonique workouts and I'll try them out this week. I'm hoping I like them.
